摘  要:目的通过活性追踪的方式筛选马勃止血活性部位。方法分别采用H2O、45%乙醇及95%乙醇加热回流提取马勃止血活性物质,通过体外凝血实验确定止血活性提取物;进一步依次用石油醚、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯及正丁醇对其进行萃取,得到不同的萃取部位,通过体外凝血实验筛选止血活性部位。结果正丁醇部位凝血时间与空白对照比较显著缩短(p<0.05)。结论在本文设计及条件下,确定马勃正丁醇部位具有止血活性,可为后续活性导向下的单体化合物分离和止血活性的研究提供参考。OBJECTIVE To screen the hemostatic activite fractions of Lasiosphaera Calvatia.METHODS The hemostatic extracts of Lasiosphaera Calvatia were extracted by heating reflux with water,45%ethanol and 95%ethanol,respectively and determined by clotting time measurement in vitro.The hemostatic extracts were further extracted with petroleum ether,dichloromethane,ethyl acetate and n-butanol successively and obtained different active fractions,which were screened by clotting time measurement in vitro.RESULTS The coagulation time of n-butanol fraction was shorter than those of the blank control(p<0.05);CONCLUSION Under the design and conditions of this paper,n-butanol fraction has potential hemostatic activities,which can provide reference for further activity oriented separation and hemostatic activity research of monomer compounds.
