高阳离子度粘土稳定剂的合成与评价

摘　　要：以环氧氯丙烷和二甲胺为原料,聚乙烯亚胺为交联剂合成高阳离子粘土稳定剂,通过红外谱图的检测手段确认了目标产物,对反应合成条件进行优化并测试其防膨性能。研究结果表明,粘土稳定剂最佳合成条件为:温度70℃,n环氧氯丙烷∶n二甲胺=1∶1,聚乙烯亚胺加入量占总摩尔数的0.7%,反应4h。该粘土稳定剂防膨性能良好,用量为2%时防膨率达94%以上。耐冲刷性能优,经过7次冲刷后,其防膨率变化不大。当合成的粘土稳定剂与NH4Cl按1∶3比例复配,用量1%时其防膨率达到93.75%以上,且耐冲刷性能较复配前有小幅度的提高。该粘土稳定剂在90℃下可以保持良好的防膨率。The high cation clay stabilizer was synthesized from epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine,and polyethyleneimine was used as crosslinking agent.The target product was confirmed by means of infrared spectrum.The reaction conditions were optimized and its anti swelling property was tested.The results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions of clay stabilizer were as follows:temperature 70℃,nepichlorohydrin∶ndimethylamine=1∶1,polye-thyleneimine content accounted for 0.7%of the total number of moles,and the reaction time was 4h.The anti swelling performance of the clay stabilizer is good,and the anti swelling rate is more than 90%when the dosage is 2%.After 7 times of scouring,the anti swelling rate has little change.When the ratio of synthesized clay stabilizer and NH4Cl is 1∶3 and the dosage is 1%,the anti swelling rate can reach over 94%when the dosage is 2%.After 7 times of scouring,the anti swelling rate has little change.When the ratio of synthesized clay stabilizer and NH4Cl is 1∶3 and the dosage is 1%,the anti swelling rate can reach over 93.75%,and the erosion resistance is slightly improved.The clay stabilizer can keep good anti swelling rate at 90℃.
