摘  要:防生化防护服是医疗以及从事生物化学研究人员所必需的防护装置,也是工作人员与有毒有害物质隔离的有效措施。但是,目前大多数防生化防护服都使用正压原理,使得工作人员操作的灵活性下降,并且穿脱困难不易掌握;同时,在工作中还存在着面罩结雾、服内温度高等问题,不仅舒适性差,而且严重影响工作人员的工作效率。本研究基于防护服以上弊端,在保证防护服防护性能的前提下,通过引入新设计理念、优化防护服结构,从提升防护服舒适性、灵活性方面着手,对防护服进行科学合理的优化改良,对医疗服务及生物化学相关行业发展具有十分重要的推动作用。Biochemical protective clothing is a necessary protective device for medical and biochemical researchers,and it is also an effective measure to isolate toxic and hazardous substances from operators.However,at present,the positive pressure principle used in most biochemical protective clothing reduces the wearer’s operational flexibility and increases te difficulty of wearing and taking off.There are also problems such as mask fogging during work and high temperature in the clothing.It not only offers a low level of comfort,but also seriously affects the work efficiency of workers wearing the clothing.Based on these shortcomings of protective clothing,this study aims to add new design concepts and optimize the structure of protective clothing while maintaining its protective performance.Scientific and reasonable optimization and improvement of protective clothing so as to improve both its comfort and flexibility will greatly promote the development of protective clothing.
