摘 要:目的探讨3D打印颅骨在颅底解剖教学中的应用效果。方法选取神经外科42例颅底解剖学生按照随机数字表法平均分为对照组与观察组两组,其中对照组应用常规教学方法,观察组应用3D打印颅骨教学方法,对比两组学生的理论考试成绩、临床实践操作技能考试成绩以及学生的自学能力、学习兴趣、理解能力及临床实践操作能力评分。结果观察组学生的理论考试成绩、临床实践操作考试成绩均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生的自学能力、学习兴趣、理解能力及临床实践操作能力评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D打印颅骨在颅底解剖教学中的应用,能够明显提高学生的学习成绩,加强学生掌握颅底解剖能力,增强学生的自学能力及学习能力,不断激发学生的学习兴趣,教学效果确切。Objective To explore the application effect of 3D printing skull in skull base anatomy teaching.Methods 42 neurosurgery students with skull base anatomy were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group applied conventional teaching method and the observation group applied 3D printing skull teaching method.The theoretical examination results,clinical practice and operation skills examination results of the two groups were compared,as well as the students'selfstudy ability,learning interest,understanding ability and clinical practice and operation ability scores.Results The theoretical examination results and clinical practice examination results of the students in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-study ability,learning interest,understanding ability and clinical practice ability of the students in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D printing skull in skull base anatomy teaching can obviously improve students'learning achievement,strengthen students'ability to master skull base anatomy,enhance students'self-study ability and learning ability,and continuously stimulate students'learning interest.The teaching effect is exact and worthy of clinical in-depth discussion.
