摘　　要：结合医学研究生教育的需求,文章系统介绍了生物样本库的概念和应用,生物样本库在研究生培养中面临的问题和对策,生物样本库在医学研究生复合型人才培养中的效果。生物样本库在肿瘤精准医学研究中的应用广泛,有助于临床创新能力提升,是医学研究生教育新型载体。在生物样本库的应用中,注意利用科学的实验设计引导样本的收集与应用,搭建学术协作平台,提高研究生科研能力,并提升临床人员参与度。经过培养,研究生创新能力不断提升,在各类竞赛中成绩显著,承担了各类创新训练项目,学生具备较强的岗位胜任能力,受到用人单位欢迎。基于生物样本库培养研究生在学科交叉融合以及研究生分类培养中发挥了积极作用。Combined with the demand of medical postgraduate education,this article systematically introduces the concept and application of biobank,the problems and countermeasures faced by biobank in postgraduate training,and the effect of biobank in the training of medical compound talents of postgraduates.The biobank is widely used in the study of tumor precision medicine,which is helpful to improve the clinical innovation ability,and is a new method of medical postgraduate education.In the application of biobank,it is important to pay attention to the scientific experimental design to guide the collection and application of samples.To build academic collaboration platform and raise the participation of clinical staff were also important to improve the research ability of postgraduates.After training,postgraduate’s innovation ability continues to improve.They have received a lot of awards and various types of innovative training projects.They acquired a strong job competency and welcomed by employers.The training of postgraduates based on biobank plays important role in interdisciplinary and classified training of postgraduates.
