摘　　要：目的研究慢性胰腺炎(CP)患者实施腹部B超、腹部CT和超声造影检查的价值。方法选取2016年8月—2019年1月接收50例慢性胰腺炎患者研究,50例受检者近年实施B超、CT、超声造影检查,以病理结果为金标准评价阳性检出率、不同分期检出率。结果阳性检出率对比超声造影较B超高(P<0.05),超声造影、CT对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同分期检出率对比B超、CT、超声造影Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),超声造影Ⅲ期检出率较B超高(P<0.05),超声造影、CT对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹部B超可作为慢性胰腺炎筛查方法,但对早期胰腺炎检出效果不及CT、超声造影理想,检查中若遇辨识不清CT图像可进行超声造影检查,以提高临床检查准确率。Objective To investigate the value of abdominal ultrasound,abdominal CT and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in patients with chronic pancreatitis(CP).Methods From August 2016 to January 2019,a study of 50 patients with chronic pancreatitis was performed from August 2016 to January 2019.50 patients underwent B-mode,CT,and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in recent years.The pathological results were used as the gold standard to evaluate the positive detection rate and the detection rate in different stages.Results The positive detection rate was higher than that of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(P<0.05),and there was no difference between contrastenhanced ultrasound and CT(P>0.05).The detection rates of different stages were compared with those of B-mode,CT,and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the first and second stages(P>0.05).The detection rate of ultrasound-enhanced phase Ⅲ was higher than that of B-mode ultrasound(P<0.05).There was no difference in comparison(P>0.05).Conclusion Abdominal B-ultrasound can be used as a screening method for chronic pancreatitis,but the detection effect of early pancreatitis is not as good as that of CT and contrast-enhanced ultrasound.In the case of unrecognized CT images,contrast-enhanced ultrasound can be performed to improve the accuracy of clinical examination.
