摘　　要：目的分析电视胸腔镜治疗原发性非小细胞肺癌效果。方法选取2018年3月—2019年6月医院收治的原发性非小细胞肺癌患者83例,随机单双数法分为对照组41例,传统手术治疗,观察组患者42例电视胸腔镜辅助小切口手术,对比两种手术方式效果。结果观察组患者临床开胸时间、住院时间、手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症率2.38%低于对照组17.07%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后转移、复发低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论原发性非小细胞肺癌患者予以电视胸腔镜辅助小切口治疗时可改善观察指标,降低并发症,无严重复发转移状况,有临床应用价值。Objective Analysis of the effect of videoassisted thoracoscopy in the treatment of primary non-small cell lung cancer.Methods From March 2018 to June 2019,83 patients with primary non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(42 cases)by video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.Results The clinical chest opening time,hospital stay and operation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood volume was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was 2.38%lower than that of the control group 17.07%(P<0.05);the metastasis and recurrence of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion when the patients with primary non-small cell lung cancer are treated with video-assisted thoracoscopic small incision,the observation indexes can be improved,the complications can be reduced,and there is no serious recurrence and metastasis.
