摘  要:为了从一定程度上减少液态危化品爆炸事故调查工作时间成本,以事故爆炸火球热毁伤后果分析反推爆炸TNT当量为技术线索,在Qt框架下开发了一套基于火球热毁伤效应液态危化品爆炸事故TNT当量反演计算软件。该软件通过分析事故的热毁伤痕迹,计算出爆炸TNT当量与对应伤害范围信息,辅助事故调查人员快速掌握事故情况,节省事故调查时间成本。Based on the dynamic fireball model,the given paper intends to develop and design a 2-point iterative algorithm through careful analyses of the thermal damage consequences of the accidental explosion fireball,so as to work out the explosion TNT equivalent and the algorithm based on the Qt framework. As a matter of fact,the principal section of the software is a graphical user interface,including the accident information input section and the consequential result display section. The function of the software is to calculate and work out the thermos radiation flux received by a target at a specific time point based on the given data( the causative burning injury level,the distance information between the personnel causative burning injury position and the explosion center,the hazard species and the situation of the property storage). And,for the entire fireball existing period,the thermos flux has to be integrated to produce a cumulative thermos destructive power,so as to work out the thermos intensity criteria,the quality of the hazardous chemicals in actual participation in the explosion reaction based on the original storage capacity of the hazardous chemicals. Thus,finally,the actual thermal destructive damage range and the extent of the consequence of the explosion can be worked out by the scope diagram form,so as to achieve the purpose of assisting the accident investigators to have a general understanding of the accident situation as soon as possible. Thus,the paper is in a position to verify the practicability of the software,whose results can have nice repeatability with a deviation about 10% via the experimental data of Wang Kan. Besides,the software can promptly provide for the explosive TNT equivalent information so as to save the cost of the accident investigation time with the accident investigation properly.
