摘 要:为有效评估页岩气清水钻屑、水基钻屑、油基灰渣三类钻井岩屑土壤化利用的可行性,构建了以固废属性、养分、重金属、有机污染物为准则层,16个指标组合而成的钻屑土壤化利用可行性评价指标体系,基于模糊数学理论运用阶梯型分布函数计算模糊评价矩阵,根据最大隶属度原则确定页岩气三类钻井岩屑土壤化利用的可行性。结果表明:评价结果分为Ⅰ(高)、Ⅱ(中)、Ⅲ(低) 3个等级;固废属性评价显示清水钻屑和水基钻屑土壤化利用可行性为Ⅱ级,油基灰渣土壤化利用可行性为Ⅲ级;清水钻屑和水基钻屑的碱解氮、有效磷养分质量比低于CJ/T 340—2016《绿化种植土壤》标准,养分层评价显示清水钻屑土壤化利用可行性为Ⅲ级,水基钻屑和油基灰渣土壤化利用可行性为Ⅱ级;油基灰渣镉质量比超出GB 15618—2018《土壤环境质量农用地土壤污染风险管控标准》风险筛选值,水基钻屑的石油烃以及油基灰渣的石油烃和苯并(a)芘质量比超出GB 36600—2018《建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准》第一类用地筛选值,重金属和有机污染物层评价显示3类钻屑土壤化利用可行性均为Ⅰ级。模糊综合评价结果显示,清水钻屑、水基钻屑、油基灰渣的土壤化利用可行性均为Ⅰ级,即土壤化利用可行性高,可行性从高到低为水基钻屑、清水钻屑、油基灰渣。The given paper intends to establish a feasibility evaluation index system for the drilling cuttings to be converted into soil so as to estimate effectively the soil utilization feasibility of the 3 kinds of shale gas drilling cuttings,that is,the pure drilling cuttings( PDC),the water-based drilling cuttings( WBDC)and the oil-based cutting residues( OBCR). The said evaluation index system is supposed to contain 16 indexes in the 4 criterion layers,say,the solid waste property layer,the nutrients layer,the heavy metal layer and the organic pollutant layer,respectively. And,then,we have calculated the fuzzy evaluation matrix by using the ladder distribution function based on the fuzzy mathematical theory to confirm the feasibility grade of the said 3 kinds of shale gas drilling cuttings as to the soil utilization in accordance with the maximum membership grade principle. And,so,the results of our study indicate that,the soil utilization feasibility can be divided into 3 classes,that is,classⅠ,class Ⅱ,and class Ⅲ,which can signify the high,the medium and the low soil utilization feasibility,correspondingly. The grades of PDC and WBDC in the solid waste property layer can be put into classⅡ whereas class Ⅲ indicates the grade of OBCR. And,then,in the nutritional layer,there may exist available nitrogen and available phosphorus mass ratio of PDC and WBDC,though being lower than the critical values of CJ/T 340—2016 Planting Soil for Greening. This may indicate that the grade of PDC should be equal to class Ⅲ whereas the grades of WBDC and OBCR belong to class Ⅱ from the point of view of nutrient content. On the other hand,in the heavy metal layer,the cadmium mass ratio may exceed the risk screening criteria of GB 15618—2018 Soil Environmental Quality-Risk Control Standard for Soil Contamination of Agricultural Land,while in the organic pollutant layer the total petroleum hydrocarbon mass ratio of WBDC and OBCR as well as the benzo( a) pyrene mass ratio of OBCR may all exceed the screening norm of the
