摘  要:为了探索一类低共熔离子液体在土壤重金属去除过程中的可行性,制备乙酰胺-柠檬酸低共熔离子液体,并测定密度、黏度、表面张力和电导率的性质,研究在不同温度、浓度和时间条件下对土壤中Cu2+的萃取效果,通过单因子试验得到最佳萃取条件,在303.15~343.15 K时通过多项式方程对上述参数随温度的变化关系进行拟合。结果表明,在测定浓度范围内,其密度为0.985 5~1.054 0 g/cm3,黏度为0.46~1.70 m Pa·s,表面张力为37.89~70.16 m N/m,电导率为2.93~6.96 mS/cm。通过单因子试验得到,在低共熔离子液体浓度为2 mol/L、35℃、萃取时间为3 h条件下,可达最大萃取率,为99.51%。以低共熔离子液体黏度与Cu2+萃取率的比值最小为优化目标,建立非线性规划模型,利用MATLAB软件优化,得到在35℃条件下,当离子液体浓度为1.94 mol/L时,该低共熔离子液体能够在较小的黏度下实现相对较高的萃取量95.77%。The present paper intends to explore the feasibility of eutectic ionic liquid for soil heavy metal reparation by an acetamide-citrate eutectic ionic liquid,and the properties of density,viscosity,surface tension,and by regulating the electrical conductivity.And,for the said purpose,it would be necessary to test the extraction efficiency of the eutectic ionic liquids at different temperatures,concentrations,and time lengths,so as to obtain the best extraction conditions through a single factor test.And,so,in a concentration range,the liquid density has to be regulated in a range from 0.985 5 to 1.054 0 g/cm3,while the viscosity range has to be regulated from 0.46 to 1.70 m Pa·s,and the surface tension range should be arranged between from 37.89 to 70.16 m N/m,with the electrical conductivity being put from 2.93 to 6.96 m S/cm.And,in so doing,the fitting results may indicate that,in the range of 303.15-343.15 K,the change of the above parameters with the temperature variation should be conformed with the polynomial equations.In addition,we have also to trace and work out the efficiency of the acetamide-citrate eutectic ionic liquid on the extraction of Cu2+ in the soil.Thus,with everything being done,the extraction efficiency of the heavy metals in soil by the eutectic ionic liquid can be affected by the initial concentration of the extractant,the extraction temperature,and the extraction time equilibrium.Among them,extraction time equilibrium can be gained through single factor testing.However,the eutectic ionic liquid at the concentration of 2 mol/L has to be subjected to an extraction test at a constant temperature of 35 °C for 3 hours,so that the maximum extraction efficiency of the heavy metal extractant can reach so high as to 99.51% under the above said condition.To be specific,taking the minimum value of the eutectic ionic liquid viscosity and the ratio of Cu2+ extraction rate as the optimization target,it would be possible to establish a non-linear programming model,which can be optimized with the help o
