摘 要:土壤腐殖质(Humic Substance,HS)主要由碳水化合物、含氮化合物、木质素等组成,成分复杂多样,活性官能团丰富,芳香性较高,具有阳离子交换能力、络合作用等。研究者们在国际腐殖酸协会(International Humic Substances Society,IHSS)推荐方法的基础上进行了改进以更有效地提取土壤中的HS,而提取剂种类、剂量、次数及提取方式会引起HS提取量、组分、特性等的差异。HS在一定程度上影响了磺胺类药物(Sulfonamides,SAs)的光化学行为,并具有促进或抑制SAs光降解的双重作用。其中,HS能够提供光活性反应位点引起自身降解或将能量转移给受体,最终直接或间接引发SAs的降解。综述了HS提取、纯化和表征的技术,以及2011年至今HS影响SAs光化学行为过程及其机理的相关研究,并在此基础上对关键科学问题和发展方向进行了展望。Taking the method recommended by the international humic substances society( IHSS) as the extractive technique,the paper is engaged in its constant improvement and amelioration via the efficient extracting the HS from the soil ground. As is well known,humic substance( short for HS) has been found consisting of natural ligands and photoactive components with the special physicochemical properties,complex structures,abundant active functional groups,in addition to the high aromaticity featured for its being strong in complexation,chelation,adsorption,redox and cation exchange. And,due to its different extraction methods,such as those from the point of view of types,doses and cycle-indexes of extractants,a great difference has been found in the extracting quantity,composition,as well as the characteristic features of HS gained. Or, speaking more practically,the extracting agents to be used in the HS extraction process can also be in turn classified into organic and inorganic extractants. For instance,the combination of the elemental analysis( EA), the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry( UV-Vis),the 3-D fluorescence spectra( 3 D-EEM),the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FT-IR),the nuclear magnetic resonance( 13 C-NMR and 1 H-NMR),the gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry( GC-MS/MS) and the isotope ratio mass spectrometer( IRMS) can all make the testing measurement more accurate in controlling the compositions,the functional groups,the structures,the properties and the other data of HS,all of which can help to provide for critical evidence for understanding and controlling of the physicochemical features of HS. The residues of the sulfonamides( SAs) in complex environments can also pose a potential risk to human health due to its high chemical stability and low biodegradability. To a certain extent, the photochemical behavior of SAs can make some change on account of the HS presence to a certain extent.Therefore,it may bring about some dual effect of promotion or inhibiting to the photodegr
