中药咳喘方离子导入对慢阻肺患者的影响

摘　　要：目的分析中药咳喘方离子导入对慢阻肺(慢性阻塞性肺疾病)患者的影响。方法随机选取2018年11月—2019年11月该院收治的50例慢阻肺患者,随机数字表法分为常规组与观察组。常规组25例,实施常规治疗;观察组25例,实施中药咳喘方离子导入治疗。对比两组患者的疗效、治疗前后的症状体征积分以及肺功能改善情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率96.00%高于常规组64.00%(χ^2=8.000,P=0.005);治疗后,两组患者的喘息、咯痰、咳嗽以及湿啰音积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于常规组(t喘息=2.893,P喘息=0.032;t咯痰=2.531,P咯痰=0.007;t咳嗽=2.210,P咳嗽=0.016;t湿啰音=2.041,P湿啰音=0.023);治疗后,两组患者的观察组FVC、FEV1和FEV1/FVC高于治疗前,且观察组高于常规组(tFVC=6.182,PFVC<0.001;tFEV1=5.924,PFEV1<0.001;tFEV1/FVC=7.582,PFEV1/FVC<0.001)。结论慢阻肺患者实施中药咳喘方离子导入治疗,疗效显著,有效降低临床症状体征积分,改善患者的肺功能。Objective To analyze the effect of iontophoresis of Chinese medicine Kechuanfang on patients with COPD(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).Methods Fifty patients with COPD admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were randomly selected.The random number table method was divided into routine group and observation group.25 cases in the conventional group were given routine treatment;25 cases in the observation group were given iontophoresis treatment of the Chinese medicine Kechuanfang.Compare the efficacy of the two groups of patients,the symptom and sign score before and after treatment,and the improvement of lung function.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%higher than that in the conventional group 64.00%(χ2=8.000,P=0.005);after treatment,the points of wheezing,expectoration,cough and wet rales in both groups were lower than before treatment.And the observation group was lower than the conventional group(twheezing=2.893,P wheezing=0.032;tsputum=2.531,Psputum=0.007;tcough=2.210,Pcough=0.016;twet rales=2.041,Pwet rales=0.023);after treatment,the observation group FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the conventional group(tFVC=6.182,PFVC<0.001;tFEV1=5.924,PFEV1<0.001;tFEV1/FVC=7.582,PFEV1/FVC<0.001).Conclusion Iontophoresis treatment of Kechuanfang,a traditional Chinese medicine,is effective in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms and signs and improve the lung function of patients.
