摘　　要：传染病是一类可在人与动物之间相互传播的疾病,呼吸道传染病因通过飞沫传播更容易造成爆发流行,其中冠状病毒已多次导致全球性公共卫生事件发生。感染患者初始症状较轻,且起病隐匿,但部分患者短时间内病情突然加重,终因多器官衰竭而死亡。患者免疫应答过度所引发的细胞因子风暴是感染患者死亡的重要原因之一。Infectious disease is a kind of disease that can be transmitted between humans and animals.Respiratory infectious diseases are more likely to cause outbreaks through droplet transmission.Coronavirus has repeatedly caused global public health events.Initial symptoms of the infected patients were mild,and the onset of the disease was hidden,but some patients suddenly get worse in a short time,and eventually died due to multiple organ failure.Studies have found that cytokine storms caused by patients′excessive immune response was one of the important causes of death in the infected patients.
