折笔规范与《通用规范汉字表》的字序问题--兼谈汉字部首、部件、独体字的排序

摘　　要：《GB13000.1字符集汉字折笔规范》是教育部、国家语委发布的语言文字规范标准,是对《GB13000.1字符集汉字字序(笔画序)规范》的有益补充,主要适用于中文信息处理,适用于“同笔数、同笔顺、含折笔”的汉字、部首、部件的排序及相关检索,并可供汉字教学参考。《通用规范汉字表》《汉字部首表》《现代常用字部件及部件名称规范》《现代常用独体字规范》都应该全面应用《GB13000.1字符集汉字折笔规范》,维护已发布的语言文字规范的适用性、严肃性和权威性。The Chinese Character Turning Stroke Standard of GB 13000.1 Character Set is the standard promulgated by the Ministry of Education and State Language Commission.It is mainly applicable to Chinese information processing,and the sorting and retrieval of Chinese characters,radicals and components with“same stroke number,same stroke order,and turning strokes”,which can also be used for teaching Chinese characters.In order to uphold the applicability,solemnity and authority of the promulgated character specifications,it should be fully applied in all the relevant lists and tables,such as the General Standard Chinese Character List.
