摘 要:采用液态模锻成形工艺,成形出某特种车辆2A14履带板;然后分析其金相组织,测试其耐磨性、力学性能和凸起部位的硬度。结果显示,经过热处理后,强化相大量弥散分布在晶粒内部和晶界之间,质点产生晶格畸变,履带板强度和硬度明显提高,抗拉强度提高60.2%,屈服强度提高62.6%;沿水平中心线正方向,履带板凸起部位的硬度值越来越大,并呈规律分布;履带板主要受到磨粒磨损,并伴有少量粘着磨损。研究表明,液态模锻成形的2A14履带板性能较好,热处理工艺能够显著提高零件综合性能。A special vehicle 2A14 track plate was formed by liquid die forging forming process.The microstructure was observed and the wear resistance,mechanical properties and the hardness of the protruding part were tested.Experimental results show that,after heat treatment,a large number of strengthening phases are dispersed in the interior of grains and between grain boundaries,resulting in lattice distortion of particles,and remarkably improved strength and hardness of track plate at a 76.8%increase of the tensile strength and a 62.6%increase of the yield strength.In addition,the protruded part of the track plate shows regularly distributed hardness increasing in the positive direction of the horizontal centerline,and mainly abrasive wear accompanied by a small amount of adhesive wear.The results show that the performance of the 2A14 track plate is good,and the heat treatment process can improve the comprehensive performance of the parts significantly.
