摘  要:孟加拉帕德玛大桥公路引桥为标准跨径38 m先张法预制预应力混凝土简支梁桥,上部结构采用SUPER-T梁,梁高1.8 m,顶宽1.2~2.5 m,腹板厚120 mm,翼缘板厚75 mm,重约80 t。梁上共布置54束预应力筋,其中52束位于梁底部,其余2束位于翼缘板和腹板交界区,并布置单层双向钢筋网片。预制梁场布置框架式台座,单个台座设5条台槽,每条台槽可同时预制3片梁,共15个预制台位。通过高强张拉杆及活动钢横梁对预应力筋进行整体张拉、放张。预制梁采用跨墩门式起重机架设,在大车位置设置转盘,以适应S形平曲线。The road approach of Padma Bridge in Bangladesh is a simply-supported pretensioned precast PC concrete beam bridge with typical spans of 38 m.The superstructure consists of SUPER-T beams,weighing about 80 t.The SUPER-T beams measure 1.8 m deep and 1.2-2.5 m wide on the top,with 120 mm-thick webs and 75 mm-thick flanges.54 prestressing tendons are arranged in the beam,with 52 arranged in the base of the beam and 2 arranged in the interface of flange and web.Single-layer bidirectional reinforcing mesh is also arranged.In the prefabrication yard,frame-type molding platforms were erected.Each molding platform contains five molding beds which can fabricate 3 beams at a time,totaling 15 fabrication seats.The prestressing tendons were integrally tensioned and detensioned by using high-strength tension rods and movable steel cross beams.The prefabricated beams were erected by the overhead gantry crane that is capable of spanning across piers,and rotary table was set at the location of the truck to suit the S plan curve.
