摘 要:主缆、吊索是悬索桥重要的受力构件,一般桥梁建成后主缆不可更换,因此加强对主缆与吊索的养护管理是确保桥梁使用寿命的重要措施。主缆病害形式主要有主缆钢丝腐蚀、主缆钢丝生锈、外层防护腻子老化开裂、吊索索夹滑移、主鞍座与主缆的相对滑移等。为实现桥梁长寿命,中国、日本两国在悬索桥养护方面开展了大量的研究工作,如:编制养护手册、实施预防性养护管理。针对主缆、吊索、索夹等重要构件,实施安装主缆送气干燥系统控制主缆内部湿度以保护主缆钢丝,更换腐蚀的吊索,对索夹螺栓紧固力实施管理等养护管理技术。近年来,缆索养护新技术主要体现在主缆送气干燥系统优化及索夹螺杆紧固力超声检测方面。Main cables and hanger cables are the vital load-bearing components of a suspension bridge.In general,the main cables cannot be replaced after the completion of construction.Hence,proper maintenance of main cables and hanger cables is quite critical to the service life of a suspension bridge.The evident deteriorations on the main cables include,but not limited to the corrosion and rust of steel wires,aging and cracking of the external protection putty,clamp slip and the relative slip between the saddle and the main cable.To ensure that suspension bridges could serve as long as possible,both China and Japan have done a great deal of research,such as compiling comprehensive maintenance handbooks and implementing preventive maintenance.For the essential components,namely main cables,hanger cables and clamps,a dehumidification system is suggested,which can control the humidity inside the main cable via injecting and delivering dry air,thereby realizing the protection of the steel wires.And additional maintenance techniques incorporate the replacement of corrosive hanger cables and the control of the tightening forces of bolts in the clamps.In recent years,the innovations in the maintenance of cables of the suspension bridge mainly lie in the optimization of the dehumidification system and the ultrasonic detection of tightening forces of bolts in clamps.
