摘  要:通过对聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)的化学改性,研究了过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)添加量对PBS交联体系性能的影响。采用电子万能拉力机、X射线衍射法、差示扫描量热法等手段对交联后PBS的凝胶含量、力学性能、晶体结构、结晶和熔融行为进行了分析,结果表明:随DCP添加量增加,交联PBS凝胶含量增加,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、撕裂强度先增大后减小,结晶度和熔点降低。通过交联改性提高了PBS的应用性能,为PBS在降解材料领域的应用提供了更多可选方案。The effect of the additive amount of the dicumyl peroxide(DCP)on the properties of the cross-linked system was studied by a chemical modification of polybutylene succinate(PBS).The gel fraction,mechanical properties,crystal structure,crystallization and melting behavior of the PBS after cross-linking were analyzed using electronic universal testing machine,X-ray diffraction(XRD),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)and so on.The results show that with increase of the DCP addition,the gel fraction of the cross-linked PBS increases,the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength increase first and then decrease,and the crystallinity and melting point decrease.The application performance of PBS is improved by cross-linking modification,which provides more options for the application of PBS in the field of degradable materials.
