摘　　要：地市科技报告是科技报告制度体系建设的重要组成部分,地市科技报告制度建设需要借助现有网络化技术手段来构建规范化的科技报告集成管理平台。然而当前科技报告管理和服务平台在向地市推广以及地市科技报告平台自主开发建设过程中均面临诸多问题和障碍,导致地市科技报告工作推进缓慢。江苏省科技报告管理中心在总结此类问题的基础上,创造性推出基于APP的地市科技报告数据收集系统,旨在为地市科技报告平台建设提供经验,进一步加快地市科技报告工作进程。Prefectural and municipal science and technology reports are an important part of the construction of science and technology repor system.The construction of the prefectural and municipal science and technology report system requires the use of existing networked technical means to build a standardized science and technology report integrated management platform.However,there are many problems and obstacles in the process of the promotion of science and technology report management and service platform and the independent development and construction process of the prefectural and municipal science and technology report platform,which leads to the slow progress of the prefectural and municipal science and technology report work.On the basis of summarizing the problems,the Jiangsu Provincial S&T Report Management Center creatively proposed a data collection system for prefectural and municipal science and technology report based on APP,aiming to provide experience for the construction of prefectural and municipal science and technology report platforms,and to speed up the work process of prefectural and municipal science and technology reports.
