摘　　要：基于AWS PaaS平台系统,根据科研院所特性及其主要研究方向,结合各类科研计划项目课题独有的管理办法与申报指南,搭建一套在该科研院所适用的科研课题单位管理办法。根据课题管理需求与科研计划项目中课题管理办法与申报指南中的规定,系统分成四大主要模块:课题前期申报管理、课题在研过程中管理、课题结题管理、课题结题后期管理。相应建立4个信息数据库,采集所有科研课题信息,从而为系统提供基础信息支撑与存储。模块化需求在AWS PaaS系统平台建立实现后,将模块整合成一套可满足所有需求的科研课题管理系统。Based on AWS PaaS system platform,according to the characteristics of scientific research institutes and their main research directions,combined with the unique management methods and application guidelines of various scientific research project subjects,this paper builds a set of management methods applicable to scientific research subjects of scientific research institutes.According to the requirements of subject management and the regulations of subject management in scientific research project,the system is divided into four main modules:project application management in the early stage,project management in the research process,project concluding management,and project concluding management in the late stage.Four information databases were established to collect all the information of scientific research subjects and provide basic information support and storage for the system.After the establishment and implementation of AWS PaaS system platform,modularization will be integrated into a set of scientific research subject management system that can meet all requirements.
