摘　　要：建设世界科技强国、文化强国进程中,科技期刊责任重大。而科技期刊的繁荣发展,依赖于科技期刊从业者,特别是编辑人员的行业背景和工作热情。编辑出版人才是科技期刊繁荣发展的核心要素,是科技期刊能够健康持续发展的有力保障,科技期刊编辑素质的高低,影响着科技期刊发展和质量,建立一支高素质的科技期刊队伍刻不容缓。Scientific journals have a great responsibility in the process of building a scientific and cultural power in the world.The prosperity and development of sci-tech journals depend on the professional background and work enthusiasm of the practitioners,especially the editors.Editors and publishers are the core elements of the prosperity and development of sci-tech periodicals and the powerful guarantee for their healthy and sustainable development.The editing quality of sci-tech periodicals affects the development and quality of sci-tech periodicals,so it is urgent to establish a high-quality sci-tech periodical team.
