摘　　要：世界科学技术竞争日趋激烈、培养高素质科技人才刻不容缓、优化人才政策势在必行,这三点构成邓小平科技人才思想形成的时代大势,也是我国当前仍然面临的客观现实。可是落后的教育科技理念、浮躁的教育科研风气和僵化的教育科研机制制约了我国科技人才的培养,这些问题都可以在邓小平科技人才思想中找到破解的启示。邓小平科技人才思想主要包括科学的求实精神、缜密的系统思维、又红又专的人才标准、公平合理的用人原则、大胆改革的创新意识等内容,不仅具有理论上的前瞻性和深刻性等特点,而且具有实践上的针对性和开放性等优势,对于当代我国科技人才的培养和开发具有重要的指导价值。With the increasingly fierce competition in science and technology in the world,it is urgent to cultivate high-quality scientific and technological talents,and to optimize the talent policy,these constitute the general trend of the times for the Deng Xiaoping’s thought of scientific and technological talents,and are also important situations that China is still facing.However,the backward ideas of education and research,impetuous educational research atmosphere and rigid educational and scientific research mechanism restrict the cultivation of scientific and technological talents in China.These problems can be solved in Deng Xiaoping’s thought of scientific and technological talents.Deng Xiaoping’s thought of scientific and technological talents mainly includes the realistic spirit of science,meticulous systematic thinking,the talent standard of“red and expert”,fair and reasonable employment principle,innovative consciousness of bold reform and so on.It not only has the characteristics of theoretical foresight and profundity,but also has the advantages of pertinence and openness in practice.It has important guiding value for the cultivation and development of contemporary scientific and technological talents in China.
