摘  要:为实现汽车动力传动系统试验场关联,研究了基于伪损伤等效的动力传动系统试验场关联方法。以Miner线性累积损伤理论为理论基础,通过试验样车进行路谱采集获取数据,利用不同工况、不同挡位下两传动轴扭矩的伪损伤值构造损伤矩阵及优化函数,采用粒子群优化算法对动力传动系统的试验场关联进行计算求解,最终得到关联试验场的汽车动力传动系统耐久规范。通过目标规范和关联规范关联通道的相对损伤对比,验证了关联方法的关联结果。In order to realize the proving ground correlation of automotive powertrain system,the proving ground correlation method based on pseudo damage equivalence is researched.Based on Miner′s linear cumulative damage theory,data was obtained through road spectrum test of sample vehicle.The damage matrix and optimization function are constructed by using the pseudo damage value of the torques of the two transmission shafts under different events and different gears.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to calculate and solve the proving ground correlation of the powertrain system.Finally,the durability specification of automobile powertrain system is obtained.The result of the correlation method is verified by comparing the relative damage of the correlation channel between the target specification and the correlation specification.
