医疗援疆工作中提升检验科专业人才临床微生物专业技能的措施

摘　　要：随着医疗援疆工作的持续开展,受援地检验科对于微生物检验专业人才的需求越来越迫切。临床微生物检验是对人员的素质和经验要求比较高的学科,与检验其他专业相比,需要投入更多的精力,经过更长的时间才能有所改变。怎样在有限的援助时间内使受援医院的微生物专业有明显的改观,需要每一位援助专家认真思考。笔者作为具有一定管理经验的临床微生物专业工作者,结合一年的援疆经历,总结了三点经验,期望能够为后续的援助工作提供思路,更好地完成祖国交给的援疆任务。With the continued development of medical assistance in Xinjiang,the requirement of aid recipient laboratory to professional talent of clinical microbiology has been growing more and more insistent.Clinical microbiology has a higher request in personnel quality and experience commonly.Compared with other subject of laboratory,improvement rely on putting of more energy and more time.Every aid expert should think seriously about how to leading the microbiology laboratory of aid recipient improvement dramatically within a limited time.As a staff with managerial experience,integrated the aid experience of one year,I summarized three points experiences which could provide idea for experts subsequent and help them fulfill the task of aid in Xinjiang.
