摘  要:目的探讨案例教学法在非皮肤专业住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法将我院2014~2017级非皮肤科专业在皮肤科轮转的规培医师(共60名),依据轮转批次分为传统教学组33人,案例教学组27人。传统教学组以授课为基础的传统教学法进行规范化培训,案例教学组则应用案例教学法。采用问卷调查和专科考核方法评估两组培训效果。结果①案例教学组在调动学习的积极性、培养自主学习能力、提高临床思维能力以及提高分析与解决问题的能力等方面满意度均高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。②传统教学组理论评分为(75.9±6.20)分,实践评分为(80.8±6.22)分,案例教学组理论评分为(86.8±7.16)分,实践评分为(91.7±6.02)分;案例教学组的理论和实践评分均明显高于传统教学组(P<0.001)。结论与传统教学法相比,案例教学教学法有助于非皮肤科专业规培医师整体培训水平的提高。Objective To explore the effect of Case-based Learning model in standardized training of non-dermatology residents.Methods The subjects of this study were 60 non-dermatology residents in our hospital from grade 2014 to 2017.According to the training batch,they were divided into the traditional teaching group(n=33)and the Case-based Teaching group(n=27).The traditional teaching group was given standardized training method,while the Case-based Teaching group was applied with the Case-based Learning model method,then the training effects of the two groups were observed by using questionnaires and specialist assessment methods.Results(1)The satisfaction of the Case-based Teaching group was higher than that of the traditional teaching group(P<0.05)in terms of mobilizing learning enthusiasm,developing autonomous learning ability,improving clinical thinking ability and improving the ability to analyze and solve problems.(2)In the traditional teaching group,the theoretical score was 75.9±6.20 and the practice score was 80.8±6.22,while in the Case-based Teaching group,the theoretical score was 86.8±7.16 and the practice score was 91.7±6.02.The theoretical and practice scores of the case teaching group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group(P<0.001).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,the use of the Case-based Teaching method is helpful to improve the overall training level of non-dermatology residents.
