At present, the rationality of the theory of Taijiquan has become an important problem that hinders the popularization and spread of Taijiquan. The rise of perceptual phenomenology has opened a new field of interpretation for the answer of this question. The theory of Taijiquan in the perspective of perceptual phenomenology has natural rationality:in the perspective of "body schema" in perceptual phenomenology, the theory of "the unity of man and nature" in Taijiquan can be regarded as an "open body" concept;in the perspective of "the unity of reception" in perceptual phenomenology, the theory of "Yin and Yang" in Taijiquan can be regarded as a "balanced body" view, while the theory of "Qi" in Taijiquan can be regarded as a "flowing body" view from the perspective of "body intentionality" in perceptual phenomenology. Therefore, the promotion and dissemination of Taijiquan should jump out of the subjective and objective independent consciousness that the body is regarded as an arbitrary transformation of the body in the philosophy of consciousness, and return to the subjectivization as its return.Furthermore,we should recognize the value of Taijiquan’s concern for life.
