摘 要:探讨了UCM冷连轧机在宽度动态变规格过程中的板形控制策略,通过板形调控方式对辊缝凸度突变产生的板形影响实施适应性补偿,模拟出规格、参数变化的情况下利用工作辊弯辊、中间辊弯辊的调控特性实现板形模拟仿真调节;降低动态变规格过程控制时间,实现快速过渡到稳态轧制。通过实践摸索出分步实施中间辊窜动量,并对工作辊、中间辊的弯辊力优化补偿,实现在宽度动态变规格轧制过程中提升带钢的板形状况。This paper discusses the shape control strategy of UCM continuous cold rolling mill in the process of width dynamic change.The effect on shape caused by sudden change of roll gap crown is compensated adaptively through the shape control mode.The shape simulation adjustment is realized by using the control characteristics of work roll bending and intermediate roll bending when the specification and parameters change.The control time of dynamic gauge changing process is reduced to achieve fast transition to steady rolling.Through practice,it is found out that the shifting of intermediate roll is carried out step by step,and the bending force of work roll and intermediate roll is optimized and compensated,so as to improve the strip shape in the process of width dynamic variable gauge rolling.
