抗结核病药物在60岁以上老年肺结核治疗中的不良反应及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析抗结核病药物在60岁以上老年肺结核患者治疗中的不良反应及影响因素。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治60岁以上老年肺结核患者80例,对治疗情况进行分析,分析不同抗结核药物引发的不良反应和影响因素。结果:抗结核病药物导致的主要不良反应为血液系统异常、骨关节损害、过敏反应,另有部分患者发生肝损伤、神经损害或者胃肠道反应。有肝病史及年龄>60岁患者其发生用药不良反应比例高于无肝病史及年龄≤60岁患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:60岁以上老年人使用抗结核病药物治疗的不良反应有血液异常、骨关节损害及过敏反应。年龄和肝病史是不良反应的主要影响因素。Objective:To analyze the adverse reactions and influencing factors of anti tuberculosis drugs in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in the elderly over 60 years old.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,80 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis over 60 years old were selected.The treatment situation was analyzed,and the adverse reactions and influencing factors caused by different anti-tuberculosis drugs were analyzed.Results:According to the research results,the main adverse reactions caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs were abnormal blood system,bone and joint damage,and allergic reactions,while liver damage,nerve damage or gastrointestinal reactions occurred in some patients.The incidence of adverse drug reactions in patients with liver history and age>60 years old was higher than that in patients without liver disease history and age≤60 years old,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The side effects of antituberculosis drugs in the elderly over 60 years old are blood abnormality,bone joint damage and allergic reaction.Age and history of liver disease are the main influencing factors of adverse reactions.
