米力农联合甘露醇在手足口病分期诊疗中的应用及疗效

摘　　要：目的:研究米力农联合甘露醇在手足口病分期诊疗中的应用及疗效。方法:2017年1月-2020年1月收治手足口病患儿200例,分为两组,各100例。对照组Ⅱ期采用甘露醇治疗;研究组Ⅲ期采用米力农联合甘露醇治疗。观察两组临床疗效、心血管指标、症状缓解时间。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组心率低于对照组,心率、血压、末梢循环时间均优于对照组,各项症状消退时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于手足口病患者,可采取分期治疗,针对不同分期患者采取不同治疗,米力农联合甘露醇疗效较理想,可改善心血管指标。Objective:To study the application and efficacy of milrinone combined with mannitol in staging diagnosis and treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods:From January 2017 to January 2020,200 children with HFMD were selected,they were divided into the two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mannitol in the second stage.The study group was treated with milrinone combined with mannitol in the third stage.The clinical efficacy,cardiovascular index and symptom relief time of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the heart rate,blood pressure and peripheral circulation time of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the disappearance time of all symptoms in the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with HFMD can be treated by stages,and different treatments can be taken for patients with different stages.Milrinone combined with mannitol is effective and can improve cardiovascular indexes.
