摘  要:目的:了解维生素A缺乏对红细胞及网织红细胞参数的影响。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年9月参加健康体检的3~6岁儿童2 308例,分析其检测结果,按维生素A结果分为VA缺乏组与VA正常组。比较两组红细胞参数及网织红细胞参数。结果:学龄前儿童维生素A缺乏的比例为31.24%。VA缺乏组红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白浓度(HGB)、红细胞平均血红蛋白含量(MCH)和红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、网织红细胞绝对数(RET)、网织红细胞百分比(RET%)和网织红细胞血红蛋白含量(RET-HE)水平均低于VA正常组,而高荧光强度网织红细胞比例(HFR%)高于VA正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本地区学龄前儿童维生素A缺乏的比例较高,维生素A缺乏可影响造血,导致红细胞和网织红细胞参数出现相应的改变。Objective:To investigate the effects of vitamin A deficiency on erythrocyte and reticulocyte parameters.Methods:A total of 2308 children aged 3 to 6 years old who had physical examination from June 2017 to September 2018 were selected and their test results were analyzed.According to the results of vitamin A,they were divided into the VA deficiency group and the VA normal group.The parameters of red blood cells and reticulocytes were compared between the two groups.Results:The proportion of vitamin A deficiency in preschool children was 31.24%.Red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin concentration(HGB),erythrocyte average hemoglobin content(MCH)and mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),absolute reticulocyte count(RET),reticulocyte percentage(RET%)and reticulocyte hemoglobin content(RET-HE)in the VA deficiency group were lower than those in the VA normal group,while high fluorescence intensity reticulocyte ratio(HFR%)was higher than that in the VA normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a high proportion of vitamin A deficiency in preschool children in this area.Vitamin A deficiency can affect hematopoiesis and lead to corresponding changes in the parameters of red blood cells and reticulocytes.
