摘 要:目的:研究川崎病合并肺炎支原体感染患儿的实验室检查及临床特征。方法:2018年9月-2020年5月收治川崎病患儿60例,根据感染情况分为两组,各30例。试验组为川崎病合并肺炎支原体感染病例;对照组为川崎病未合并肺炎支原体感染病例。对两组患儿进行相关生化检测,在检测过程中记录并收集所有患儿的临床指标数据,最后进行统计学数据对比分析。结果:两组患儿外周血超敏C反应蛋白、降钙素原、谷氨酸氨基转移酶及肌酸激酶同工酶等指标水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿白细胞计数、血小板计数及红细胞沉降率等指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患儿住院时间明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:支原体感染是导致川崎病发病的重要原因,通过检测患儿的各项临床指标水平对川崎病的治疗具有重要帮助,能够进一步降低治疗时间,并减少不良反应的发生,应当在川崎病的诊治工作中积极应用。Objective:To investigate the laboratory examination and clinical characteristics of children with Kawasaki disease complicated with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods:From September 2018 to May 2020,60 children with Kawasaki disease were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was Kawasaki disease with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,The control group was Kawasaki disease without mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.The two groups of children received relevant biochemical tests.In the process of detection,we recorded and collected the clinical data of all children,and finally conducted statistical analysis.Results:There were significant differences in the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,glutamate aminotransferase and creatine kinase isoenzyme between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in WBC count,platelet count and erythrocyte sedimentation rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The hospitalization time of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mycoplasma infection is an important cause of Kawasaki disease,the detection of the levels of clinical indicators in children is of great help to the treatment of Kawasaki disease,which can further reduce the treatment time and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,it should be actively applied in the diagnosis and treatment of Kawasaki disease.
