阶段性护理模式在初产妇分娩中的效果及对产妇疼痛和促进产程进展的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨阶段性护理模式在初产妇分娩中的效果及对产妇疼痛和促进产程进展的实际影响。方法:2018年2月-2019年1月收治初产妇60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用常规产科护理干预;观察组行阶段性护理模式干预。比较两组分娩效果、产程时长及心理状态评分。结果:观察组分娩控制评价量表(LAS)评分、自我效能评分均高于对照组,视觉模拟评价表(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第一产程时间、第二产程时间及总时长均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阶段性护理模式确可促进初产妇分娩效果获取改善,推进产程,降低疼痛程度。Objective:To explore the effect of phased nursing model in parturient delivery and its practical effect on maternal pain and promoting the progress of labor.Methods:From February 2018 to January 2019,60 parturients were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine obstetrical intervention.The observation group was treated with phased nursing model intervention.The delivery effect,duration of labor and mental state scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The delivery control rating scale(LAS)score and self-efficacy score of the delivery control scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the VAS score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the total duration of labor in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The phased nursing model can improve the delivery effect of parturient,promote the stage of labor and reduce the degree of pain.
