摘　　要：目的:探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情期间被隔离疑似感染者的心理干预效果。方法:2020年2-3月收治疑似新冠肺炎感染者79例,按照心理干预措施不同分为两组。对照组采取常规心理干预方式;观察组采取个性化心理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组解除隔离后焦虑自测评分(SAS)、抑郁自测评分(SDS)及睡眠质量评分(PSQI)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组解除隔离后各项评分正常比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规心理干预联合个性化心理干预可有效缓解疑似新冠肺炎隔离者存在的心理问题。Objective:To explore the effect of psychological intervention on quarantined suspected infected persons suspected during the novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)outbreak.Methods:From February 2020 to March 2020,79 cases of suspected COVID-19 patients were selected and divided into two groups according to different psychological intervention measures.The control group was treated with conventional psychological intervention.The observation group was treated with personalized psychological intervention.The effects of intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After the release of isolation,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores,self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores of the observation group were all lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The normal proportion of each score in the observation group was higher than the control group after the release of isolation,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional psychological intervention combined with personalized psychological intervention can effectively alleviate the psychological problems of isolated persons suspected of COVID-19.
