摘　　要：目的:分析癌痛护理策略团队改善老年癌痛患者疼痛和生活质量的效果。方法:选取2018年11月-2020年3月接受治疗的癌痛患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予常规疼痛护理;观察组给予癌痛护理策略团队进行护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后癌痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后生活质量各项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年癌痛患者护理中应用癌痛护理策略团队的护理方法,有助于改善患者疼痛感,提升患者生活质量及满意度。Objective:To analyze the effect of cancer pain nursing strategy team in improving pain and quality of life of elderly patients with cancer pain.Methods:From November 2018 to March 2020,100 patients with cancer pain were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine pain care.The observation group was given cancer pain nursing strategy team nursing.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the cancer pain score after nursing was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of quality of life after nursing were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of elderly patients with cancer pain,the application of nursing methods of cancer pain nursing strategy team can help to improve the pain of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and patients’satisfaction is high.
