摘　　要：目的:了解小儿大便异常的社区就诊情况,探讨诊治中存在的问题及改进措施。方法:对2019年2月-2020年1月因小儿大便异常就诊的患儿家属进行问卷调查。结果:参与调查的患儿家属中,高学历家属以及曾接受过相关健康宣教的家属更能够接受首次就诊于社区医院,对于社区卫生服务中心的服务与就诊花费满意度较高,对于医联体内双向转诊判读反馈良好。结论:社区卫生中心全科与专科结合的医疗模式,有利于提高社区患者的就诊便利性。加强社区内健康宣教能够有效改变社区居民的就诊理念,医联体内的双向转诊机制也为社区患者提供了就诊保障。Objective:To investigate the situation of children with abnormal stool in the community medical treatment and explore the existing problems in diagnosis and treatment and the improvement measures.Methods:From February 2019 to January 2020,A questionnaire survey was conducted among the families of children with abnormal stools.Results:Among the families of the children who were participated in the survey,those with higher education and those who had received relevant health education were more likely to accept the first visit to the community hospital,the satisfaction for the service and cost of medical treatment in the community health service center is high,and the feedback for the two-way referral interpretation within the medical consortium is good.Conclusion:The combination of general practice and specialty in community health center is beneficial to improve the convenience of community patients.Strengthening health education in the community can effectively change the community residents’idea of medical treatment,and the two-way referral mechanism in medical consortium also provides medical treatment guarantee for the community patients.
