摘 要:目的:为进一步落实医改要求,提高医疗机构药事管理水平服务能力及合理用药水平,保证患者安全。方法:选取医院就诊候药患者为调查对象,随机发放调查问卷,分析就诊患者对中药药学服务的需求,比较中药药学服务开展和调整前后中药房服务质量和患者满意度。结果:开展中药学服务后,中药房服务质量各项评分及总分较开展前均显著提升;开展中药学服务后,患者满意度有显著提升。结论:通过开展提升中药药学服务模式的探索,有助于提升中药药学服务质量及患者满意度,利于营造良好医疗环境和医院形象,提升医院医疗水平。Objective:To further implement the requirements of medical reform,improve the level of drug management and service in medical institutions and the level of rational drug use,to ensure the safety of patients.Methods:The patients waiting for drugs in hospital were selected as the investigation objects and questionnaires were randomly distributed,and to analyze the needs of patients for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pharmaceutical care,to compare the service quality and patient satisfaction of TCM pharmacy before and after the development and adjustment of TCM pharmaceutical care.Results:After the implementation of TCM pharmaceutical care,the service quality scores and total scores of TCM pharmacies were significantly improved compared with before the implementation.After the implementation of TCM pharmaceutical care,patient satisfaction was significantly improved.Conclusion:Through the exploration of improving the mode of TCM pharmaceutical care,it is helpful to improve the quality of TCM pharmaceutical care and patient satisfaction,and it is conducive to the establishment of a good medical environment and hospital image and improve hospital health.
