摘　　要：因高炉限产,3座7.63 m焦炉加热用高炉煤气减 量约55%。同时,为配合2座干熄炉系统除尘改造,焦炉结焦时间被迫延长至46 h。介绍了焦炉长结焦时间 状态下的生产组织、加热管理、吸力压力调整等操作实践,为同行提供方法和经验。Since blast furnace production is being downsized,three 7.63 m batteries have cut heating BFG by about 55%.Meanwhile,for modification on dedusting unit of two CDQ systems,the coking time of the 7.63 m batteries have to be extended to about 46 hours.Introduction is given for coke oven production organization,heating management,suction pressure adjustment,etc.under condition of long coking time of the 7.63 m batteries,which can be shared as an experience in coking industry.
