摘　　要：基于进出焦炉加热系统物料的硫元素平衡,提出计算焦炉漏气量和漏气率的方法。该计算方法所用数据均来源于日常记录报表,所得结果可直接反映出焦炉气密性的变化趋势,对焦炉生产有指导意义。Based on the sulfur balance of materials in and out of the combustion system of coke oven,a method for calculating the gas leakage amount and leakage rate is proposed.The parameters in this calculation come from daily report.The result can mirror the trend of air tightness of coke oven,which plays a directive role in coke oven production.
