摘  要:4种不同煤沥青在相同条件下,通过沉降、蒸馏、炭化、煅烧方法制备针状焦,并对所得针状焦进行结构和热膨胀系数分析,结果表明,利用CP-A煤沥青制备的NC-A针状焦纤维含量最高,热膨胀系数最低,有最为显著的广域流线型层状结构,其表现的光学效果最好。因此,针状焦原料的及时调控和选取方式对生产系统的稳定运行有重大价值。Under the same operating conditions,needle coke was prepared through sedimentation,distillation,carbonization and calcination of four kinds of coal tar pitch.The structure and thermal expansion coefficient of needle coke were analyzed.The results show that NC-A needle coke prepared through CP-A coal tar pitch has the highest fiber content,the lowest thermal expansion coefficient,and the most significant wide area streamline layered structure,which shows the best optical effect.Therefore,timely control and correct selection of needle coke raw materials play a significant role in stable operating the production system.
