摘　　要：喷淋式饱和器因结构不合理、煤气质量差等原因经常出现运行不稳定、吸收效率差甚至难以连续生产等情况。对饱和器的人字管口、提硝管道、中央降液管及满流管进行了系统改造,同时对洗水点与加酸洗水操作进行了优化。改造后,显著提高了饱和器的稳定运行周期。In view of the problems in operation of spraying type saturater,such as unstable operation,low absorption efficiency,even interrupted production due to improper structure and poor gas quality.Modification was done for the intersected joint,denitrification pipe,central downcomer and overflow pipe.Optimization was also made for water cleaning point and acid-adding operation.After the modification,stable period of operation for the saturater is extended.
