摘  要:针对焦化废水污染物浓度高、成分复杂的问题,在废水进入A/O系统前,采用预曝气对蒸氨废水进行预处理,极大地降低了污染物负荷,提高了系统抗冲击能力。该方法解决了焦化废水生化污泥易受冲击的问题,最终出水COD、NH 3-N、挥发酚分别降至90~110 mg/L、<2 mg/L、<0.15 mg/L,去除率分别高达98.5%、98%、99%。Due to the high concentration of pollutant and complicated composition in the coking waste water,pre-aeration process is applied before the A/O process to treat the highly-concentrated coking wastewater,which greatly lowers the organic pollutants and improves the buffering capacity so as to have a stable operation of the A/O system.The pilot run shows this system avoids the problem that the biochemical sludge is vulnerable to impact.As a result,the concentrations of COD,NH 3-N and volatile phenol in the treated wastewater are 90~110 mg/L,<2 mg/L,<0.15 mg/L and with removing efficiency 98.5%,98%and 99%,respectively.
