摘　　要：介绍了7 m顶装焦炉原设计车载除尘系统除尘能力不足问题的改造方案,新技术采用U型管水封式地面除尘工艺,利用车载集尘罩收集焦炉生产过程中机侧摘门、推焦及平煤产生的烟尘,经U型管水封装置输送至地面除尘站净化处理,有效解决了7 m顶装焦炉生产操作过程中机侧无组织烟尘污染问题。An upgrading solution is introduced for movable dedusting system of 7 m top-charge battery due to insufficient dedusting capacity of the original design. In the new technology,U-bend water seal type dedusting station plus movable dust collecting hood is adopted,i. e. the emission escaped during P.S. door opening,pushing and leveling is collected by movable hood and sent to dedusting station via the U-bend water seal. It is an effective solution to the P.S. uncontrolled emission from 7 m top-charge battery.
