天津市某区新发HIV/AIDS病例特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析2014-2018年天津市某区新发艾滋病感染者/艾滋病患者(HIV/AIDS)病例特征,了解疫情发展趋势,为今后的艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法利用SPSS 17.0软件,对2014-2018年某区新发HIV/AIDS数据库进行统计分析。结果共筛查503 688例,新发并报告230例HIV阳性,发病率为4.57‰。其中HIV期148例,占总新发例数的64.35%;AIDS期82例,占总新发数的35.65%。新发病例中男性217例,女性13例;20~<40岁年龄组为135例,占总病例数的58.70%;经性途径传播226例,占98.26%,其中男男同性性传播196例,占性传播病例的86.73%;按照是否为本区县病例分析,不同疾病名称的新发病例数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);新发病例主要来源是专题调查、术前检测和自愿咨询检测。结论该区近5年新发HIV/AIDS病例以性传播为主,大都以处于性活跃期的青壮年为主,男性大于女性。今后需扩大人群的检测覆盖面,加大各医疗机构重点科室宣传干预和检测力度,以期为今后的艾滋病防治工作提供帮助。Objective To analyze the characteristics of new HIV/AIDS cases in a district of Tianjin from2014 to 2018,understand the development trend of the epidemic situation,and provide the basis for the prevention and control of AIDS in the future.Methods SPSS 17.0 software was applied for the analysis of the detebase of new HIV/AIDS cases in the district from 2014 to 2018.Results A total of 503 688 people were screened,230 new cases with HIV positive were reported,with a morbidity of 4.51(?).Among them,148 cases were in HIV stage,accounting for 64.35% of the total new cases;82 cases were in AIDS stage,accounting for 35.65% of the total new cases.Among the new cases,217 were male and 13 were female;135 cases were aged between 20-<40 years,accounting for 58.70%;226 cases were infected through sexual transmission,accounting for 98.26%,of which 196 cases were sexually transmitted by male homosexuulity,accounting for 86.73% of the sexually transmitted cases.According to the analysis of the cases in the district and county,there was significant difference in the number of new cases with different disease names(P<0.05);the main sources of new cases were monographic investigation,preoperative detection and voluntary counseling and testing.Conclusion In recent five years,the new HIV/AIDS cases in the district were mainly sexually transmitted,most of which were young and middle-aged people who were in active sexual period.The number of male cases was higher than that of female.In the future,it is necessary to expand the coverage of the population,increase the propaganda,intervention and testing efforts in key departments of medical institutions,so as to provide help for the future AIDS prevention and control work.
