1例在非华人重症围术期全血应用护理体会

摘　　要：目的总结在非洲医疗援助期间1例华人异位妊娠失血性休克的护理体会,针对海外华人近年来在境外的就医需求,为拓展在紧急状况下围术期全血应用范围提出更多参考。方法接诊抢救患者的同时,观察记录患者在术前、术中和术后的生命体征及护理情况并进行详实记录。结果经过正确、及时的外科、输血治疗和相关护理后,患者失血性休克得到纠正,生命体征转归平稳,预后恢复良好,痊愈出院。结论海外华人外伤及其他失血性休克患者逐年增多,在非洲等欠发达地区,全血输入在一定程度上存在风险,但重症病例围术期抢救效果明确有效。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of a Chinese patient of ectopic pregnancy hemorrhagic shock during medical assistance in Africa,and to provide more reference for expanding the application of perioperative whole blood in emergency,in the view of the overseas Chinese’s demand for medical treatment abroad in recent years. Methods During the rescuing,to observe the patient’s vital signs and nursing situation before,during and after surgery,and make detailed records. Results After correct and timely surgery,blood transfusion treatment and related nursing,the patient’s hemorrhagic shock was corrected,the vital signs turned stable,the prognosis recovered well,and finally recovered and discharged from hospital. Conclusion The number of injured and other hemorrhagic shock patients in overseas Chinese was increasing year by year. In underdeveloped areas such as Africa,the whole blood transfusion was at risk to some extent,but the perioperative rescue effect of severe cases was clear and effective.
