摘  要:为了了解羊绒精纺生产加工过程中,前纺加工工序对羊绒纤维长度变化的影响,通过对比羊绒纤维在梳毛、针梳、精梳、复精梳工序下机的手排长度,分析了各工序对羊绒纤维长度变化的影响。研究发现:梳毛工序使纤维束分离成单纤维状态,使纤维之间均匀混合,对纤维长度损伤影响较小;针梳工序是对纤维条进行并合,对纤维起到拉伸梳理作用,使纤维顺直平行,对纤维长度的损伤影响较小;精梳工序排除较短纤维,清除纤维中的扭结粒,使纤维进一步伸直、平行,纤维短绒去除较多,有效提高了纤维整齐度;纤维颜色越深,精梳下机的短绒率越高,增加复精梳的可能性越大。In order to understand the effect of the pre-spinning process on the change of cashmere fiber length in the process of cashmere worsted,the variation of the length of cashmere fiber in each process was analyzed by comparing the length of the hand row after the processes of combing,needle combing,combing and recombing.It is found that the carding process is to separate the fiber bundles into a single fiber state,so that the fibers are evenly mixed,which has less influence on the fiber length damage.The process of needle combing is to combine the fiber strips,stretch and comb the fibers,make the fibers straight and parallel,and have less damage to the length of the fibers.The combing process eliminates shorter fibers,removes kinks in the fibers,further straightens and parallelizes the fibers,removes more short fibers,and effectively improves the fiber uniformity.The darker the color,the higher the short wool rate of the combing machine,and the greater the possibility of increasing the double combing.
