摘  要:为了获得新型絮料与传统絮料服用舒适性能的综合评价,选取5种新型絮料和4种传统絮料,对其保暖性、蓬松性、压缩回复性、柔软性、远红外温升性、透气性进行测试,利用灰色近优法对絮料进行近优度优劣分析,再用灰色关联分析各指标对近优度的关联度。结果表明:在所测试的9种絮料中,新型絮料的服用舒适性总体上优于传统絮料,咖啡碳纤维/聚酯纤维絮料服用舒适性最好,聚酯纤维絮料服用舒适性最差。在6项测试指标中,保暖性对絮料的服用舒适性能影响最大,对近优度的关联数值为0.8062;远红外温升性对絮料的服用舒适性能影响相对较小,对近优度的关联数值为0.6124。In order to obtain the comprehensive evaluation of the wearing comfort properties of the new and traditional types of wadding,five kinds of new wadding and four kinds of traditional wadding were selected to test their thermal insulation property,fluffiness,compression recovery property,softness,the temperature rise of far-infrared radiation property and air permeability property.The grey nearly optimal method was used to analyze the relative merits of the premium degree of the wadding,and then the grey correlation was used to analyze the relative merits of each index to the premium degree.The results showed that among nine kinds of the tested wadding,the wearing comfort properties of new types of wadding is generally better than traditional types of wadding,and the coffee carbon fiber/polyester is the best and the polyester is the worst.Among the six properties tested,the influence of thermal insulation property on the wearing comfort of wadding is the largest,the correlation degree of the near-excellent degree is 0.8062,the influence of the temperature rise of far-infrared radiation property on the wearing comfort of wadding is relatively little,and the correlation degree of the near-excellent degree is 0.6124.
