美国制造业回流对中国国内价值链质量的影响研究

摘　　要：美国等发达国家的制造业回流正在重构相关国家的国内价值链,并将对各国在全球价值链中的分工及其地位产生较大影响。文章针对美国制造业回流对中国国内价值链质量的影响进行分析,首先使用合成控制法测算出美国实施制造业回流战略所减少的中国对美国增加值出口的变化幅度,以此作为美国制造业回流的代理变量,然后采用面板数据固定效应模型实证分析了美国制造业回流对中国国内价值链质量的影响。美国制造业回流通过降低中国收入水平,显著阻碍了中国国内价值链质量的提升且具有行业异质性。中国应充分重视美国等发达国家制造业回流的战略意图及其影响,着重通过提升企业技术研发水平和自我创新能力以及优化国内资源配置来改善国内价值链质量,提高中国企业在区域价值链和全球价值链中的治理能力。The U.S. and other developed countries manufacturing reshoring is restructuring domestic value chains and global value chains. The paper analyzes the impact of the U.S. manufacturing reshoring on China’s domestic value chain quality. Firstly,using the synthetic control method to measure the change in China’s value-added exports to the United States by its manufacturing reshoring strategy,which is used as proxy variables of the U.S. manufacturing reshoring. Then,using panel data fixed effects model to empirically analyze the impact of US manufacturing reshoring on China’s domestic value chain quality. By reducing China’s income level,the U. S. manufacturing reshoring significantly hinders the improvement of China’s domestic value chain quality with a significant level of heterogeneity in various industries. China should pay full attention to manufacturing reshoring strategy by United States and other developed countries and its impact. China should improve domestic value chain quality and governance capabilities in regional and global value chains,by improving R&D level,self-innovation capabilities,and domestic resources allocation.
