摘  要:砷作为一种同时具有"致癌"和"治癌"双面生物学效应的类金属元素,是一种严重危害人类健康的环境剧毒污染物和确定的人类致癌物。长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)水平异常是当前砷毒性研究的前沿和热点。大量研究显示,LncRNA水平紊乱参与砷暴露所致肝癌、肺癌、血液恶性肿瘤、乳腺癌等的发生发展,还与砷损伤心血管系统、生殖系统以及皮肤等密切相关。本文基于最新研究进展,对LncRNA在砷的毒性损伤机制中的作用进行总结归纳,以期为砷毒性的防治研究提供参考。Arsenic,as a metal-like element with both"carcinogenic"and"anti-cancer"biological effects,is a highly toxic environmental pollutant and a confirmed human carcinogen that seriously endangering human health.The abnormal level of long non-coding RNA(LncRNA) is the frontier and hotspot of arsenic toxicity research.A large number of studies have shown that the disorder of LncRNA involved in the occurrence and development of liver cancer,lung cancer,hematological malignancies,breast cancer,etc.,and closely related to the damages of arsenic to cardiovascular,reproductive and skin systems.In this paper,based on the latest research progress,the mechanism of LncRNA in toxic injury by arsenic exposure was summarized,so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of arsenic toxicity.
