摘　　要：负压封闭引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)是一种通过覆盖生物材料及薄膜形成负压密闭腔隙,外接引流管吸引创面引流物的医疗技术。目前广泛应用于骨科、皮肤科、普外科、烧伤科、整形科的临床治疗,对皮肤软组织缺损、慢性骨髓炎、人工关节置换术后深部感染、糖尿病足、压疮、植皮术后、烧伤创面、难愈性创面等创面治疗疗效显著。综述了负压封闭引流技术的国内应用进展,以期启发临床诊疗思路,拓展临床应用。Vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)is a kind of medical technology,which mainly forms a vacuum sealing cavity by covering biomaterials and film,and external drainage tube is used to attract wound drainage.At present,VSD is widely used in orthopedics,dermatology,general surgery,department of burn and plastic surgery.VSD is effective in the treatment of skin and soft tissue defect,chronic osteomyelitis,deep infection after artificial joint replacement,diabetic foot,pressure sore,skin grafting,burn wound,refractory wound and other wounds.The domestic application progress of vacuum sealing drainage is reviewed in order to inspire clinical diagnosis ideas and expand clinical application.
