摘  要:对3个棉花材料(敏盐敏旱材料中S9612、耐旱材料中H117和耐盐材料中9835)进行4种不同浓度(0、0.01、0.1、0.5mmol·L^-1)HgCl2胁迫处理,测定棉花发芽率及棉花叶绿素、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白质含量和根系活力的变化,比较过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的差异。结果表明:不同浓度HgCl2胁迫下,3种材料的棉花发芽率均降低,中H117和中9835的发芽率均高于中S9612;3种材料的MDA含量和游离脯氨酸含量升高;中H117和中9835的TTC还原强度显著高于中S9612;胁迫后棉花幼苗可溶性蛋白质含量升高,在0.01 mmol·L^-1 HgCl2胁迫下达到峰值;中、低浓度(0.01和0.1 mmol·L^-1)HgCl2胁迫对棉花幼苗POD、SOD活性有促进作用,当浓度达到0.5 mmol·L^-1时,酶活性开始下降。汞胁迫下,中H117和中9835的耐受力明显高于中S9612。In order to understand the tolerance of cotton to mercury contaminated soil and to guide the selection and breeding of cotton varieties resistant to mercury,three types of cotton(sensitive drought and salt material CCRI S9612,drought-tolerant material CCRI H117 and salt-tolerant material CCRI 9835)and four different concentrations(0,0.01,0.1,0.5 mmol·L-1)of HgCl2 were used as experiment materials and treatment.We investigated germination and the contents of chlorophyll,malondialdehyde and soluble protein and the changes of root activity,and compared the difference of peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activities.Germination rate of three genotypes decreased with the increase in HgCl2 content and the germination rate of CCRI H117 and CCRI 9835 was higher than that of CCRI H117.The contents of malondialdehyde and proline were increased among three genotypes.The TTC reduction intensity in CCRI H117 and CCRI 9835 was higher than that of CCRI S9612 significantly.The soluble protein content of cotton seedlings was increased after HgCl2 stress,with highest in the concentration of 0.01 mmol·L^-1.Peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activities in cotton seedlings was increased in lower concentration HgCl2(0.01 and 0.1 mmol·L^-1),and then decreased in the concentration of 0.5 mmol·L^-1.Under the stress of heavy metal mercury,the tolerance of CCRI H117 and CCRI 9835 was better than that of CCRI S9612.
